Why an eBook

Your webinars are packed with value — but most of that value never goes anywhere.

Most webinars are treated as finished

Teams plan for weeks, deliver for an hour, send the replay — and move on. The recording sits on a page nobody goes back to.

No asset means no ongoing pipeline

Without a gated deliverable, you're missing the chance to capture leads from your best thinking for months after it airs.

No one has time to repurpose well

Your team is already planning the next webinar. Turning the last one into a polished eBook takes editorial skill and dedicated time.

Frequently asked

Practical questions, answered plainly.

What do you need from us to start?+

A webinar recording, a transcript, or both. Plus your brand assets — logo, colors, fonts if you have them — and a one-page brief on the audience and the use case for the finished eBook.

How long is a typical eBook?+

Eight to twelve pages of editorial content, plus cover, table of contents, and CTA page. Long enough to feel substantive; short enough to actually be read.

Can you work from a transcript alone?+

Yes. A clean transcript is enough to produce a strong eBook. We can also work from a slide deck, speaker notes, or a detailed outline when there is enough substance to build from. A recording helps when emphasis, tone, or speaker back-and-forth matters to the narrative.

What does "source-grounded" mean?+

Every claim, framework, and quote in the eBook traces back to something said in the webinar. We do not invent statistics, attribute things to your speakers they did not say, or pad with generic industry filler.

What’s included in the revision round?+

On the Single eBook plan, one consolidated round of edits across copy, structure, and design. On Growth, two rounds per eBook. We ask you to gather feedback from all stakeholders before sending it, so we can make changes in a single coordinated pass.

Can you adapt to our brand system?+

Yes. We use your brand guidelines, website, and recent marketing materials to align the eBook with your visual language. The result should feel like it belongs to your company — not like a generic template — while still following the structure that makes the content work as a lead magnet.

What if we’re not satisfied with the first version?+

Every project includes a clear revision process. If the first version doesn’t fully match the agreed direction, we’ll work with you to refine the structure, copy, design, or brand alignment within the included revision round. Our goal is simple: you should receive an eBook you feel confident putting in front of prospects, customers, and internal teams.

Is what we send confidential?+

Yes. Webinar recordings, transcripts, and any internal materials you share are treated as confidential and used only to produce your eBook. We will sign a mutual NDA on request.

How are turnaround days counted?+

Days are business days, counted from when we receive your webinar materials and brand assets. Revision turnaround starts once your consolidated feedback is back to us.

Can you handle technical or specialist topics?+

Yes. Send a one-page brief covering audience, terminology, and any positioning we should respect. For deeply technical material we may ask for a 30-minute call with the speaker before drafting.
